Introduction
In the following work it will be investigated and inquired about the different healthy habits that Colombians and Brazilians have, through a comparative chart here the differences between both can be evidenced, and it will be analyzed which of them has a healthier lif

A study showed that almost the 70% of the Colombians want to see in the supermarkets food 100% natural, and more than the half, 59% looks forward low sugar food. (Nielsen, 2015).
In Brazil, it is practiced a lot of exercise, at any time of the day or night it is possible to see people running, playing soccer, riding a bike, or doing fitness in the street.
“The majority of Colombian consumers consider that hydration is an essential part of their lifestyle, 91% of the people does, from these a 52% hardly agrees, and 39% agrees.”(Nielsen, 2015).
In this country is valued how healthy it is to eat more rations during the day and eat less at night, and not the other ways as some countries do.
According to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection and the Organization of the United Nations for the Alimentation and Agriculture, in Colombia a lot of fruits and vegetables are produced, but there is not a lot of consume of this.
The Agency of Intelligence of market of investigation of Mintel shows that 44% of the Brazilians agree with limiting the consume of alcohol as a part of their health care routine.
It is calculated that in the country 5,1 million of people are hypertensive, 9,9 million has a worrying obesity, 3,6% of the population has diabetes and close to 19 million don't do any physical activity
This agency also found 31% of the surveyed would like to find more options of alcoholic beverages mixed with fruit juices or soda.
This more moderate consumption, influenced by adherence to healthy habits, brings challenges in the market. "Invest in the healthiest alcoholic drinks, with fewer calories and lower levels of sugar, gluten and alcohol" (modern supermarket, 2018)
“In general Colombians don't eat well, smoke, and drink more than they should, do not control stress or look after their arterial tension, and only the 16,1% according to the National Health Poll, goes to the doctor for a preventive action.”(RCN radio, 2018)
Brazilians have healthy eating habits. The make frutal preparations like salads, juices and smoothies which are usually eaten at breakfast or lunch. Also, they consume rice and beans which are present in almost every dish and are a very important source of proteins, nutrients y fiber.
The fact that most of the Colombians (57%) suffers overweight, has without doubt turn on the alarms.
In accordance with a Nielsen study, the 80% of Colombians now select food that helps them to prevent illness, and teach health habits to the little ones.
In Brazil is possible to enjoy a fast food without the necessity of risking the quality of what is eaten. For example the famous “Natural Sandwiches”, which are delicious and are made with integral bread, ricotta cheese, turkey or lean ham or tuna, lettuce, striped carrots, tomatoes and/or fresh fruits.
Even to there is not a number of how much the health business has grown in Colombia, it is estimated that the market with products with benefits moves around 20% of the consume of food in the country, and grows a 10% per year
In agreement with Euro international monitor, the consume of baked goods high on fibers and vitamins creates more interest for products that are great for health and wellness, the protagonicals of the market adapted their routes to offer integral, fortified, functional and low calories food.

Conclusions
  • Brazil is a country where more healthy habits are practiced than in Colombia.
  • One of the healthy habits of Brazil is the practice of sport, this is why the soccer player have such quality.
  • The alimentary politics contribute to the implementation of healthy habits in the population, while in Colombia there are a few restrictions and preventions for bad habits.
  • The marketplaces in Brazil are full of healthy and organic products, in Colombia they have mostly products with high quantities of sugars or saturated fats.

Analysis
In the ECOlombiano test, three students got the result of 4 to 6 hectares, this meaning that if they continue with the same lifestyle they're having, they will need from one to three planets to live, so they must improve their ambient practices, to be aware citizens and consumers. Two of the five students, had a result of 2 to 4 hectares, being an example for society and showing that the planet is in their hands
